You will have 30 days to return the machine for a full refund. We do not charge any restocking fees since we are so confident in the DiamondSkin machine.

Our machines have the lowest maintenance costs in the market today. Other than the filters which should be replaced every 4 months at a cost of $20, there are no extra purchases which need to be made. No new Aluminum-Oxide or Sodium-Bicarbonate crystals to purchase, no new tubing, no canisters, no hand pieces, and no oxygen tanks are needed. Even the Diamond wands are covered under the machine's lifetime warranty. So if they ever fall on the floor and chip or scratch, we will replace the damaged wand for free. No other crystal-free microdermabrasion machine has such an extensive lifetime warranty as the DiamondSkin does.

We provide a lifetime warranty with our DiamondSkin microdermabrasion machine because of the high quality craftsmanship we put into each manufactured unit. A free loaner will be provided to you if your machine breaks down and if one is available. This means that your business will have no down time or have to suddenly cancel your appointments with customers.

We are an ISO 9002 manufacturing facility which means that we are certified for our high quality manufacturing facilities. Also, since our DiamondSkin machine is FDA approved, you have the satisfaction of knowing that your microdermabrasion machine is safe for all medical and/or aesthetic uses.
